PRISM ‘Select Online’ is an online recruitment system that compares a candidate's behavioural preferences, plus work aptitude and work environment preferences, with those an organisation has identified as necessary for successful job performance. It is an inexpensive, easy to use system designed to help recruiters hire the most suitable candidates – especially those with high performance potential. The system provides the following outputs for each candidate: eight-dimensional profile map showing a candidate’s Underlying behavioural preferences compared to the job benchmark; best-fit analysis; introversion/extroversion profile; summary text narrative; career development report; work aptitude and work environment report.
